Christmas itself was much to busy to make cupcakes, but the day after I went to my mom's for a little post holiday get together and brought some penguins and icebergs with me. This design was from the same cupcake book, but the icebergs (really snowy mounds) were my own. The technique of dipping cupcakes into melted frosting was new to me, a lot of fun, but wastes a lot of frosting.
